SB 1383: Short-Lived Climate Pollutants

Mandates a 75% reduction in organic waste disposal by 2025, reinforcing the upstream value of salvaging wood, cabinetry, and other biodegradable building materials before landfill. Still active and codified.

AB 341: Mandatory Commercial Recycling
